Sthabile Mnyandu
SA Para Champion
Current SA Champion in the Para TT10 division, ranked #2 in Africa and #22 in the world. Sthabile is a survivor of a devastating childhood fire that left her in a coma for nine (9) months and required multiple reconstructive surgeries. Sthabile turned unimaginable adversity into unmatched athletic triumph. Adding to her accolades, she recently won the 2024 KZN Sport Personality of the Year award.
Chetan Nathoo
SA Men's Champion
Current SA Champion in the Men’s division. Chetan is a true champion of the sport on and off the court. He is the second player to win four gold medals at the SA Championships after winning the men’s singles, teams, doubles and mixed doubles. Chetan’s fighting spirit is what sets him apart from his opponents.
Banam Mtshawulana
Silver Medalist - Youth Championships
Born and bred in one of the rural areas of Eastern Cape, Banam is slowly making her mark in South African Table Tennis despite her underprivileged background. Banam represented South Africa at the 2024 African Youth Championships where she won a silver medal in the u19 girls teams and another silver in the double’s events. She also has a National senior team cap to her name.
